Ronald K. Keyes

July 27, 1951 — February 4, 2022

Ron passed away surrounded by his loving family after a short illness. He was born in Evanston, WY to Kenneth and Bernice (Robertson) Keyes.

After graduation he entered the US Air Force and served 24 years, retiring in 1994. Ron had assignments in seven states and two overseas assignments, Okinawa and Germany. Most of his time in Germany was spent TDY around Europe.

After his military career, Ron worked as Service Manager at Greater America Dist., Inc. in Omaha, NE. He spent 25 years there before retiring again in 2019.

Ron's greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Paula (Osborn) Keyes, daughter Stacy (Russell) DeVries, son Nathan Keyes and four grandchildren, Jeremy and Keira Keyes and Trevor and Collin DeVries, and a loving sister, Marilyn (Jack) Clark. Ron is preceded in death by his parents and half-brother, Allen Keyes.

Ron chose cremation. A memorial service will be planned for a later date in Nebraska.
