Shirley was preceded in death by her loving husband of 75 years Joseph J. Matyja; parents Joseph and Anna Kratochvil; brothers Joseph and William
Kratochvil and sister Germain Shimek.
She is survived by her children Gary J. (Marilyn) Matyja, Omaha,NE. and James J. (Kristen) Matyja, Conway, AK.; 8 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
