Born in South Carolina but self described as a transplanted Nebraskan, SM Lewis passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017, at the age of 82. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Lewis; 9 brothers and 4 sisters.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Gloria Jean; daughter Kelli Marie; granddaughters Mackenzie Marie and Mallory Marie; and loyal companion Duchess
