He is preceded in death by his father Stephen T. Chuchka.
He is survived by his mother Helen M. Chuchka, his loving wife Dee of 35 years, son Stephen R. (Heather) Chuchka, daughters Sheri VanRiper (Lloyd Jr.) Miller and Lisa VanRiper (Bill) Pollock, sisters Kendra (Doug) Almgren and Shawn Neumann, grandchildren Andrew Spalding, Lloyd III, Trevor, Kaitlyn Miller, and Donovan Blotzer, many nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
