age 52, of Green River, WY Died Friday, Jan. 18, 2008 in Green River. A former resident of Omaha, Steve was a resident of Green River for the past 27 years. Born May 2, 1955 in Omaha, the son of Arthur Frances and Rosemary Victoria Garule Tangemen. He attended school in Omaha and was a graduate of Omaha South High School with the class of 1973. Steve also attended the University of Nebraska and Northwest Missouri State where he played football. He owned and operated Tangeman Construction and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 2350. His interests included hunting, fishing, golfing, boating with his sisters and friends, and being a NASCAR and Kansas City Chiefs fan. Survived by his companion, JoJo Mullin - Green River brothers Chris Tangeman and wife Maureen, Joseph Tangeman and wife Roxane; sisters Susan Emery and husband Mitch, Sandra Armetta, Lisa McDonald - all of Omaha; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins Preceded in death by parents, nephew Andrew Tangeman, and his dog Grey Girl. In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to the family.
