age 86, of Omaha Preceded in death by parents Stanley and Anna Madej brothers Chester and Theodore Madej Survived by beloved wife of 60 years Kathryn (Matyja) Madej sons Robert (Diana) Madej, Ray (Mary Jo) Madej, Ron (Deb) Madej, Ken (Sandy) Madej 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren sisters Genny (Allen) Cleveland, Rose (Norm) Foster sisters-in-law Betty Madej, Frances Madej, Lucille (John) Staroska, Marge Von Tersh, Marion Matyja, Gerry Matyja brotehr-in-law Joseph (Shirley) Matyja many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, and friends. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Military honors by American Legion Post 331.
