age 92 years, of Omaha, NebraskaPreceded in death by husband John; daughter Joanne; parents John and Catherine Kawa; sister Sophie Pilus; brothers Frank, Ed, Larry, John, Walter, and Carl Kawa. Survived by son Bill (Sue); daughter Betty (Mike Howell); sisters Ann Schab and Kay Gentleman; sisters-in-law Irene Kawa and Joan Kawa; numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff of St Croix Hospice, Brighton Gardens, and Fountain View Assisted Living for their exceptional care. VISITATION Monday, April 18th, 3:005:00 p.m. at the funeral home and after 5:30 p.m. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church (41st and J Streets) with Vigil Service 6:30 p.m. at the church. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, April 19th, 9:30 a.m. St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Interment St. John Cemetery.
