45 year civil servant with the U.S. Army, the Forestry Service, and the Department of Defense. Survived by wife of 40 years Masayo ""Kay"", son Victor (Rebecca) Stone, Jr. He will be missed by his beloved dog ""Tory"". Memorial Service at a later date.
