Preceded in death by husband Gerald; parents Frank and Irene Kudlacz; brothers Chuck and Tom Kudlacz.Survived by son and daughter-in-law Steve and Peggy; daughter and son-in-law Sally and John; grandchidlern Sammi, Dan, Noah, and Brett; sisters Alice Bartels and Connie CzyzVisitation with family at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (32nd and Frances Streests) Tuesday, May 27th, after 4:00 p.m. with Rosary Service at 5:30 p.m. and Memorial Funeral Mass at 6:00 p.m. all at the church. Private family interment.
