Wayne retired from the US Air Force on May 1, 1987 at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant after serving over 27 years. He obtained a Bachelor�s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 1989. After serving in the military Wayne went to work for the Postal Service where he also retired. Wayne passed on September 16, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents and eight of his siblings. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Vaughn; daughters Donna Marie and Jennifer Lynn (Wayne); sons Terry Lee Sr (Deb), Wayne Henry Jr. (Ric), Richard Warren, Kirby Charles (Nicole) all whom reside in Omaha, NE and Derek Andre (Erika), of Fort Worth, TX; his two sisters Pearl Bradford of Arkansas City, KS and Viola Jones of Columbia, SC as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 11AM, Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Bethany Funeral Home. Military honors by the Offutt AFB Honor Guard. Lunch will follow immediately after, at the Papillion Masonic Temple on 84th and Centennial. In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to the family.
