Frank was born in Alton, Illinois on Monday, December 4, 1944 to parents Guld and Hannah Kennedy.
He is survived by wife Christine; son Terry (Cindy); daughters Tia and Nicci; 3 grandsons Tyler, Kaden, and Easton; granddaughter Sophia; 2 great-granddaughters Jazlyn and Nevaeh; sisters Edith (Leroy) Price and Donna Kennedy, of St Louis, Missouri; and a host of nieces and nephews
Frank was preceded in death by brothers George and Terry Kennedy; and sister Ernie Kennedy, of St. Louis, Missouri.
